Description
During their advanced studies, students focus on key knowledge and skills in ethnology, anthropology and cultural policy. Students improve their abilities to produce new knowledge and to develop in their field in diverse linguistic and cultural environments.
Learning outcomes
After completing their advanced studies, the student will:
- be able to reflect on and express their own competence,
- have practised job-seeking and be ready to transition to employment,
- be confident contributing to the essential, theoretical debates in ethnology, anthropology and cultural policy, have deepened their expertise in one or more specialisms and be able to apply them in their own research,
- be confident using a range of project work and communication skills required for specialist assignments,
- be confident using methods in their own field of research and be able to do independent academic work, produce ethically sustainable data, retrieve information independently and think academically and
- be able to create new knowledge, and act in a globally responsible manner when developing their own field
