After studying the books students will be able to:
- explain key concepts and approaches in studying and teaching reading and writing
- discuss and evaluate some methods used in researching and teaching reading and writing
- explain differences between L1 and L2 reading and writing
- explain the different elements and strategies included in planning the teaching of reading and writing
