Course description
This course introduces you to Latin American business and the culture of negotiation. Negotiation exercises will focus on the different styles and approaches used in negotiation situations in different Latin American countries.

- Negotiation simulations
- Oral and written practical exercises
Learning outcomes
On the completion of the course, the student is expected to
- be able to identify the negotiating cultures and strategies of Latin American countries
- be able to demonstrate cooperation, negotiation skills and cultural sensitivity in Spanish-speaking negotiation situations
- understand the factors that influence negotiation interaction in the Latin American context
- use their own cultural views and experiences in Spanish-speaking business situations.
