Course explores questions of sustainability from the perspectives of education and psychology. It supports growth towards sustainable and responsible expertise.

Description

How can experts in the fields of education and psychology participate in building an even more sustainable future? How do the questions of sustainability appear to experts in education and psychology? During the course, students will develop their sustainability knowledge dialogically in multidisciplinary groups, while at the same time actively building their understanding of the sustainable and responsible expertise. In the course, sustainability is discussed from an ecological, economic, social, and cultural perspectives.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to

  • understand how sustainability is interconnected with expertise in their field of study and its professional development.
  • reflect and apply the principles of sustainability in multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • create sustainability-based methods and practices as part of a multidisciplinary team.
