Learning outcomes

After completing this course the student is able to learn the theoretical aspects of contract law in international commercial law. Overall, you will:
- Understand about rights and obligations arising from the formation of contracts;
- Describe basic elements and differences in various contract types;
- Understand differences in carriage by land and sea;
- Importance in choosing the right payment method.

Completion methods

Method 1

Description:
Lessons take place two (2) times per week. In the lectures the students learn the theoretical aspects of contract law and international commercial law, some cases or exercises take place in the classroom, and active participation is encouraged throughout the lecture series. The course is evaluated on basis of a home take exam (essay), and classroom group work.
Evaluation criteria:
Exam (essay) 80% = 80pts.
