Description
Supervised laboratory work guides the student to experimental research in laboratory environment, the use of experimental methods and equipment independently and safely, and cooperation as a part of a larger research group.
Learning outcomes
After the course, students will be able to
- work independently and safely in the laboratory as well as take responsibility of their and others occupational safety and health
- guide others in the use of experimental method or apparatus
- ask instructions and guidance from the laboratory community
- work cooperatively in the laboratory for a common goal
Additional information
The course credits are given based on the number of working hours in the laboratory (1 credit equals 27 h of laboratory work).
