Description
In this course we will ponder on why linguistic knowledge is vital for a language teacher and practise how to use this knowledge in teacher profession.
Learning outcomes
After this course, students will be able to:
- discuss how linguistics helps language learners and teachers
- use and apply linguistic knowledge in teaching the language
- explain how understanding the system of English assists in learning and using it
