Learning outcomes
After completing this course, the students would be able to:

• Analyze strategies for competing and thriving in digital markets.
• Understand the importance of customer networks in digital markets.
• Identify and explain the core behaviors of consumers in digital markets.
• Summarize the regulatory framework that governs the digital market environment.
Additional information
This course follows an in-person mode of instruction, requiring students to attend classes physically. A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for successful course completion. Additionally, students are expected to submit a learning diary, actively contribute to class presentations, and complete classroom assignments. Please note that remote or distance learning options are not available for this course.
