Current trends in cognitive neuroscience and biological psychology.

Description

Contemporary issues in cognitive neuroscience and biological psychology related to cognitive development, learning difficulties, and brain anatomy among others. The course will be held in a given year if there are sufficient teaching resources. Specific content varies annually depending on current teaching staff and visiting researchers.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course the students will have understanding of specific issues in brain development, anatomy and relationships to cognition, learning and clinical issues.

If a student includes this course in "Psykologian aineopinnot", one cannot include it in the Contemporary Intermediate Level Studies in Psychology (CIP) module.
