Description
Students will learn sterile technique and cell culture both in theory and practice. Students will culture cells, make biochemical experiments and an experiment about cell signaling. The lab experiments are connected to the theoretical background of BENA2417.
Learning outcomes
After completing this course, the student
- understands basics of cell culture and sterile work.
- knows how to culture cells for an experiment.
- can use light and fluorescence microscopes.
- after completing the experiments, understands connections between vesicular transport and cell signaling.
