The work is carried out in student teams with light guidance from instructors. During the course, students</p><ul><li>develop their multilingual communication skills by communicating in Japanese, Finnish, and English for different target audiences.</li><li>practice project management through planning, scheduling, and executing events collaboratively.</li><li>enhance their teamwork and professional skills, including responsibility sharing, working in multilingual and multicultural teams, and collaborating with companies and other partners (e.g., Toyota, JAL, Cefmof).</li></ul><p>Students can influence the scope and level of challenge of the course through their chosen role (e.g., team leader or team member).</p>","fi":"<p>Tällä opintojaksolla opiskelijat suunnittelevat ja toteuttavat Japani‑päivän sekä 1–2 tapahtumaa osana laajempaa tapahtumasarjaa.
