The target degree in the Sport and Exercise Sciences specialisation (Ph.D.) is Doctor of Philosophy (in Sport Sciences).

The doctoral degree requires postgraduate studies in accordance with the curriculum as well as a doctoral dissertation. At least half of the minimum number of credits for doctoral studies must be discipline specific studies.

The degree consists of:

  • the study module LITJAT Postgraduate Studies (40 ECTS),
  • LTKJ9000 Doctoral Dissertation.
