Description
Course Description
In this course, students practice discussing the main aspects of project work and giving a short project presentation, considering the needs of a multilingual and multicultural group.
Core Content
orally presenting the main points of one’s own project
expressing personal opinions politely
participating in a supported discussion on a familiar topic
recognizing the situational nature of interaction
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student:
can present the main points of their project
can create a short, simple slide presentation that introduces the essential content
can express their opinion and make polite suggestions using routine phrases
is able to participate in a short discussion on a familiar topic in a multilingual and multicultural group
can make more versatile use of Finnish language environments to support their language learning in both studies and everyday life
