Digital well-being is investigated from both research and practice perspectives. The course addresses well-being research frameworks, technostress, and digital and planetary well-being, including sustainability challenges related to service-driven consumer behavior and AI use. Students examine well-being technologies (e.g. wearables, carbon footprint calculators, screentime tracking etc.) and learn how action competence in digital-physical environments can support both human and planetary well-being.The course combines lectures and exercises.
