Description
The "Wellbeing for Work and Leisure" course utilizes a variety of teaching methods that promote independent study and learning of the course material. Video presentations are used to introduce the course’s key themes. In addition, at the end of each theme’s slide series, key source materials are presented along with guidance on how to use them when writing your learning journal. Multiple-choice tests allow you to assess your own knowledge.
