Description

Writing reports and summarizing various journal articles. Versatile analysis of texts.

Learning outcomes

The students can write a clear text. The students understand the differences in text structures in different types of current publications, especially in newspapers and periodicals. The students are able to analyze and refer to the texts they read. They learn to assess the reliability of information and identify important news.

Timing: spring semester of the 1st year, 3.–4. period Mandatory course for French minor students. Optional course for Lingua students (initial level check).
