This course is offered through the Network for Russian language. These studies are available for the following degree students:

Description

The course deals with the dynamics of everyday life in modern Ukraine, personal and societal practices, economic challenges and how Ukrainians respond to them. The course also discusses political tensions, the cultural and political turn towards decommunization and how it manifests itself in everyday life. The lectures examine the war of aggression started by Russia against Ukraine and how the resilience of Ukrainians has strengthened in the war.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student - has gotten to know the everyday life of Ukrainians - understand Ukraine's domestic and foreign policy - is aware of the traces of Russia's aggressive war in Ukraine and understands the reasons for the strengthening of Ukrainian resistance General skills: internationalizing, critical thinking
