Description

The content includes: • basics about publishing in academic journals • common structure of an article and drafting an article • choosing the appropriate journal • submitting an article, common problems, revising an article Participants' wishes regarding the content will be considered.

Learning outcomes

After the completion of the course, the participants can: • assess the suitability of various journals for their work • plan the publication process • apply the knowledge gained in drafting an article These learning outcomes include the development of the following generic skills: analytical, critical and creative thinking; multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary collaboration; and communication, interaction and digital skills.

Spring term: April/May. The course may be available to all Human Sciences doctoral researchers.
