Contents
This module provides an introduction to the planning of multilingual language and communication training in adult education. Students practice the planning process and teaching through practical work in a multidisciplinary team. The module is aimed specifically at all students of the Department of Language and Communication Studies who are interested in practicing the teaching skills required in the workplace.

Learning outcomes
Upon completion of this module, students are expected to be able to:
familiarise themselves with various forms of co-teaching and co-planning in adult education
gain an understanding of multilingual pedagogy and know how to apply it
be aware that taking subject-specific needs into account is an important part of planning education
develop the interpersonal skills required for co-planning and project management
utilise reflection as part of their continuous learning
