YLAAIN Intermediate Studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance (37 cr)

Intermediate Studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance (37 ECTS) include financial accounting, corporate finance and management accounting topics.

After successfully completing the accounting and corporate finance intermediate studies, the student:

- knows the theoretical foundations and central regulation of financial accounting, and the central features of corporate finance and can apply these e.g. regarding financial statements of companies.
- knows the theoretical foundations of management accounting and can apply these regarding business topics. 

Ennen aineopintotasoisten opintojen suorittamista tulee opiskelijoiden suorittaa Liiketoimintaosaamisen perusopinnot (min. 25 op) tai vastaavat opinnot (EI LITO-opinnot). Muilta kuin Jyväskylän yliopiston kauppakorkeakoulun kauppatieteiden opiskelijoilta vaaditaan suoritettujen perusopintojen arvosanaksi vähintään 3 eli Hyvä.
