Description

These finance studies familiarize you to the basic concepts of corporate finance, to the concepts, institutions, key regulation and functioning of financial markets, and offers basic skills for valuing financial instruments and for analyzing companies and investments.

Learning outcomes

After successfully completing these finance studies, the student:

• knows the basic concepts of corporate finance and financial markets as well as key financial instruments;

• can, in basic principle, analyze the success of companies and the functioning of financial markets;

• can find research-based information regarding the management of personal wealth, financial markets, finance studies and expert positions.
