Literature examination

Description

Written examination on material agreed with the professor, gradu supervisor and student. Normally 600-800 pages of advanced text book material or review articles. Exam should be done prior starting the Master’s thesis project.

Learning outcomes

After finishing this course the student:

  • has good theoretical/methodological knowledge to start the Master’s thesis work
  • has broaden the perspective around the topic of the Master’s thesis

Selected literature accepted by WET professor and M.Sc thesis supervisor.

Completion methods

Method 1

Description:
Book examination or learning diary. Separate instructions to write learning diary. The typical length is 15–25 pages. The schedule and time limit will be agreed with the teacher receiving the learning diary.
Evaluation criteria:
Book examination, learning diary or oral examination.
