The course introduces the long-term planning and specific needs of the coaching process.
Description
Students develop their understanding of coaching organizations, physical fitness testing, and performance measures and acquire an in-depth comprehension of sports performance analysis, training programming and periodization.

By the end of this course, the student should be able to:
analyze individual needs in the implementation of coaching
create a sports analysis based on existing coaching literature and research evidence
create long-term training plans, considering the different aspects of training
