The course introduces the research objectives and methodological starting points of coaching.

Description

  • Key concepts, paradigms, models and theories of coaching

  • Multidisciplinary methodological approaches to coaching research

  • Effectiveness of coaching research and critical evaluation of research evidence

  • Research communication and popularisation of research findings

  • Participation, where possible, in an international conference   

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student will be able to:

  • evaluate the ethical and philosophical basis of coaching

  • analyze interdisciplinary research on coaching

  • critically evaluate research data
