Description

The aim of the course is to bridge the gap between business opportunity development and commercialization process from the management point of view. In addition, the course covers the key concepts associated with commercialization process including portfolio management and ecosystem strategies in the ICT and other selected technology industries.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student is able to:

  • Explain the fundamentals of technology commercialization
  • Analyze key drivers and challenges related to bringing technology-based products to markets
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for technology products
  • Apply the principles of customer relationship management in managing interactions with customers and sales prospects
  • Apply strategies for scaling technology startups
