Learning outcomes

The purpose of the course is to describe and experimentally test how the management of software products takes place within the framework of modern software development methods. The course covers the entire product lifecycle, but the emphasis is placed on requirements management and setting priorities, rapid experimentation, and interaction with potential customers. Additionally, the course covers issues related to software quality. It is also significant for the overall understanding to consider the complexity and criticality of the product.

Description of prerequisites

Basic skills in programming and software engineering. Bachelor's degree completed.
