Description
· Basic skills for understanding and developing intercultural communication.
· Communication skills which include interpersonal social skills and emotional skills, such as active listening and argumentation.
· Group dynamics and group communication skills within intercultural contexts.Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this course, student is able to:
- recognise and face interaction and problem-solving situations in intercultural settings both in the academic world and in life in general
- understand and apply communication competence as part of one’s professional competence
