Description
Interaction competence in sharing expertise
The following core competencies of the teacher are emphasized:
- interaction competence and competence related to diversity- pedagogical competence
- community and social competence
- ethical competence
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student
- knows how to analyze the process of becoming a teacher
- understands that expertise is jointly built and shared and participation in networks that build and create knowledge
- knows how to discuss expertise in the field of education and is able to share understandings of expertise in their field in interaction
- is able to refine and deepen their own and their collective expert identity as a teacher
