Description

Tips and turns for good oral and written presentations will be served. Different types of scientific practices will be discussed. Guiding towards master thesis topics and discussions about managing a research project. The students will make observations in scientific seminars organized related to nanoscience. In the seminar meetings position of nanosience in academia and in society will also be discussed, and various career options are presented. 

Learning outcomes

After the course the student has a comprehension about utilisation of nanoscience in academia and society and has a wide view of career options. He/She learns scientific integrity, project management and practices in presentation and writing skills.

Description of prerequisites

Bachelor in nanosciences or similar studies.

Study materials

The material will be distributed during the course. The students will participate to the learning material production.
