Postgraduate studies
Grading scale:
Pass - fail
Language:
English
Responsible organisation:
Faculty of Mathematics and Science
Curriculum periods:
2024-2025
Description
Energy estimates for weak solutions to nonlinear parabolic problems, Harnack estimates for nonnegative weak solutions to nonlinear parabolic problems, parabolic BMO (Bounded Mean Oscillation), parabolic John-Nirenberg inequality, parabolic Muckenhoupt weights.
Learning outcomes
After this minicourse, a participant knows how to apply modern methods in harmonic analysis in the regularity theory of nonlinear parabolic partial differential equations.
Description of prerequisites
Knowledge on real and functional analysis is recommended. However, an effort is made to make the minicourse as self-contained as possible.
