On completion of the course, student
- can plan and evaluate their own learning and study
- is aware of the issues that affect their own well-being and how to maintain it
- understands the importance of their own role and that of the group in developing their own expertise
- can combine scientific thinking and practical professional skills into a coherent and personalised whole
- can promote their own employment opportunities and communicate their own skills
- can identify issues affecting well-being at work and be aware of the challenges related to well-being at work
- understands the entrepreneurial approach and the potential of entrepreneurship as part of their career planning
- is aware of various international opportunities and can use them to further his/her career

Additional information
The course lasts for the entire duration of the Master's degree, i.e. two years. Each year, the student participates in the implementation of 1 credit hour and thus receives 1 ECTS per semester in the partial credit register.

Active participation in class (max. 7 h of introductory lectures and 10 h of group tutoring per year), annual personal HOPS discussion with your HOPS supervisor and completion of assigned tasks (HOPS work, portfolio work, work-life assignments).
