During the course, students make significant progress in writing their thesis and agree upon its completion. The course includes discussing the personal study plan.
Completion methods
Taught seminar, study plan, writing chapters of the master’s thesis, presentation in the seminar and peer review.
Assessment criteria
At least 80% participation in seminar meetings, writing a research plan and at least one chapter of the thesis and presenting it in the seminar, participation in discussion and peer review.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will:
- have made significant progress with writing their thesis
- be able to explain how and when their thesis will be completed
- be familiar with the processes involved in preparing and examining the master’s thesis and
- manage the interaction between different areas of academic expertise.
Additional information
Taught study module. The seminar includes drawing up a research plan, writing the MA thesis and related assignments, peer review, and presentations.

Evaluation criteria:
The grading scale will be numerical: 0-5. The grade will be based on the evaluation of the assignments that measure the extent to which the learning goals have been achieved. In modules organized in the form of contact teaching, completion requires 80% attendance.
