Description

The course focuses on the basic of the organometallic chemistry and the reactivity and structural chemistry of organometallic compounds.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course the student

  • knows the basics of organometallic chemistry,
  • understands the reactions and structural chemistry of organometallic compounds,
  • knows how to communicate the topics of the course orally and written.

Work life skills

  • The role of organometallic chemistry in industry.
  • Group working skills; a student learns to communicate with other students about the topics of organometallic chemistry and solve organometallic related problems utilizing the communal learning methods.

The course is lectured in 2025-2026 and 2027-2028. The course can be taken by book exam in 2024-2025 and 2026-2027.
