Learning outcomes

The doctoral student
  • is familiar with the different stages of the research process and knows how to work appropriately in them
  • can plan and carry out research on a topic of their choice in a coherent, responsible and ethical manner
  • is familiar with research relevant to their research topic and is able to relate their own research problem and the results of their research to it
  • has a command of the theories and methods relevant to the topic
  • can clearly argue and present the results of their research and assess their significance
  • is able to apply what they have learned and create new scientific knowledge
