Build your understanding of the multidimensionality of wellbeing, structure your own thinking and also learn about other people's perspectives on wellbeing.

Description

This open study course introduces the broad concept of human wellbeing from the perspectives of individuals, communities and societies, and builds understanding of the multidimensionality of wellbeing. Human wellbeing in the different stages of life is examined and structured from several different perspectives, considering financial, physical, social and mental wellbeing. In addition, the interdependence of different domains of human wellbeing that can support or weaken the possibilities of wellbeing is examined.
