Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student 
  • is familiar with employment possibilities of his own field and knows which skills are relevant in working life and how to apply them in practice.
  • is able to tell about the organisation's operational culture.
  • understands the significance of the working life rules.
  • recognizes his know-how and is able to make conclusions about possible future career options.
  • understands what he/she needs to know and learn to achieve his/her career goals. 
The detailed learning objectives will be defined individually for each student depending on the student's earlier working experience, stage of studies and the training placement and duties.

Additional information

One month of professional training corresponds to 5 ECTS credits. The training credits can be included into major studies (max. 5 ECTS) and into optional studies (max. 10 ECTS).

Description of prerequisites

Finished or nearly finished bachelor degree in physics.
