Description

Students’ and pupils’ knowledge of concepts, models, and theories of different fields of physics, as well as certain basic concepts and models of physics. Planning teaching to challenge students’ preconceptions.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this course, students will be able to
  • analyse physics concepts, models and theories from the perspective of learning
  • describe their own and common pupil misconceptions in the different branches of secondary school physics
  • take pupils’ misconceptions into account when planning teaching with the aim of helping pupils to achieve more coherent scientific way of thinking.

Description:
Viikottaiset tapaamiset. Toteutus joka vuosi.
Evaluation criteria:
Hyväksytty suorittaminen edellyttää aktiivista osallistumista kontaktiopetukseen ja annettujen oppimistehtävien hyväksyttävää suorittamista. Tarkemmat arviointiperusteet annetaan toteutuksen alussa.
