Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course the student will be able to

  • understand the special features and requirements of teaching and learning through a second language.
  • pay attention to special features of guiding, scaffolding and assessing students’ learning in culturally and linguistically diverse groups.
  • use students’ plurilingualism as a resource in the classroom.
  • analyse and assess the linguistic and communicative requirements of different school subjects.
