Learning outcomes

After completing the course the student 

  • understands the theoretical foundations of optional theme and understands its application potential in adult education practices
  • is able to apply theoretical baselines of optional theme in an appropriate manner in one's own teaching, guidance and supervision 
  • is able to plan, implement and assess teaching, guidance and supervision situations for different students and groups, as based on the optional theme
  • is able to choose appropriate teaching and supervision methods and assessment tools for different students and groups, based on the optional theme  
  • deepens one's own understanding about adult education practices based on optional theme and assesses critically both these practices and own preconceptions about these practices

Additional information

The course includes Spring Fractures i.e. observation of best practices (35 hours) and teaching practice (30 hours).

The course is only for students participating Pedagogical Studies for Adult Educators.
