Description

This course investigates agency and creativity at work and in work communities. The emphasis is on the investigation of agency and creativity in connection with professional learning and development. In addition, the course aims to support development of the own professional agency and the potential for creative activities.

Active participation in teaching and completing and passing learning assignments/exam.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to ​

  • address theoretical approaches to professional agency and creativity
  • apply these approaches in individual and collective work-related learning contexts
  • analyse the meaning of leadership for professional agency, creativity and learning at work
  • address and reflect on their own professional agency and their potential for creative activities
