On successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
- explain the main concepts and theories of management and leadership
- examine organizational behavior from individual, group and organizational perspectives

- evaluate the role of social resonsibility, ethics and values in management and leadership
- evaluate and consider her/his own interest in managerial work

Responsible leadership and management will be handled during the course. The role of leadership and management will be discussed for achieving UN's sustainable development goals.
