Content
Aim: Familiarize accounting PhD students to the central financial accounting research areas, theories and methods.
Completion methods
Study method: Seminar & essay/written work about the articles, total of 6 credit points. In addition a study of an earlier accounting PhD thesis suitable for the PhD student’s research theme can be analyzed, producing 2 extra credit points.
Learning outcomes
Learning objective: After completing the course the student can position his/her research and produce advanced/PhD student level scientific texts related to financial accounting topics.
