Description

The course focuses on the wellbeing potential of arts from psychological, physiological and social quality perspectives. The course includes lectures on practical applications of arts for wellbeing as well as the latest research in the field.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course a student will

- understand wellbeing and therapeutic capacities of different arts including their health-related qualities, practical applications and research activities
- acquire skills necessary for planning and carrying out practice- and research-based projects associated with arts for wellbeing
