Content
This course introduces students to basic aspects of behavior change. It includes practical sessions on the development and assessment of a program incorporating fundamental psychological skills and techniques.

Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- recognize the main theoretical determinants of physical activity behavior
- understand basic principles of behavior change interventions
- give examples of common behavior change techniques and how these can be applied to change behavior
