Description
The course focuses on the basics and main lines of development of economic and social history.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student will
- be able to locate economic and social history within the discipline of history as a whole
- understand the economic and social historical way of interpreting history
- be familiar with the most significant trends in the history of economic policy
- recognise periods of economic transition and major innovations
- have honed their skills in analysing information and critical thinking.
