Description

The course will introduce students to the concepts and theory of sport marketing, event management, and sport sponsorship. Under the expert guidance of international lecturers, the fundamental reasoning of these topics will be discussed and applied to specific practical cases.


COMPLETION MODE

Lectures and seminars (20 hours), pre-assignment, group work presentations, lecture diary, writing assignment and the book exam.

ASSESSMENT DETAILS

Method 1 (2 ECTS): Active participation in lectures and group work and a lecture diary.

Method 2 (5 ECTS): Active participation in lectures and group work, a lecture diary, a book exam and a written paper of 10-12 pages.

On successful completion of this course, student is able to
- demonstrate an understanding of the elements behind the concepts and models of marketing, event management, and sponsorship in sports
