Description
Dissertation Start-up, Research Data Management, and Open Access Publishing are compulsory. In addition, the doctoral student must select one sub course arranged by the Open Science Centre (= the library) for doctoral students.

- is proficient in the practices of systematic data management, research data management and scientific publishing
- understands the practice of open science and complies with its principles
Additional information
Assignments are assessed on the basis of how the doctoral student masters the contents of the study unit and achieves the learning outcomes of the study unit. A pass requires
- participation in the courses Dissertation Start-up, Research Data Management, and Open Access Publishing
- participation in one elective sub course. Information on these courses is available on the Open Science Centre’s training website.
