Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course the student is able 

  • to familiarize oneself to the key aspects of children’s social-emotional development, which have effect on children´s well-being and their relationships
  • to know the main theoretical concepts of social-emotional development, developmental risk factors and early identification and support
  • to evaluate the principles and tools how to support children´s social-emotional development
  • to familiarize oneself to key questions regarding socially sustainable development from the perspective of social-emotional learning
  • to know the ways of early intervention through the scientific concepts
