Antecedents and consequences of emotion related phenomena. Theoretical approaches on emotions, emotion regulation, and self-regulation.

Completion mode

Lectures 6 h and an exam, practical sessions 12 h and assignments.

On successful completion of this course, student is able to:

  • identify emotion related terminology and theories
  • understand social and individual factors related to emotions
  • understand and apply emotion regulation strategies.
