Learning outcomes

After the course the student will:

1. Develop psychological, emotional and social wellness-related knowledge and behaviors that promote these components of well-being.

2. Know how to and have tools to develop and strengthen their academic learning skills

3. Become familiar with the Finnish academic system and have a better understanding of different learning and teaching ‘cultures’ and approaches

4. Be able to identify on and off campus wellbeing and study ability support systems and resources

Evaluation criteria:
To complete the course and get a passing grade, the student will need to: attend and participate in all lectures, have an active participation in peer group discussions, do all required functional exercises, experiments and return all short written self-reflections on time
